Data collection within Simple Energy Tracker is performed with the user's explicit consent. Energy tracking from the watchOS app is accomplished using the WatchConnectivity framework. User data generated or observed within Simple Energy Tracker is securely stored either on device or within iCloud via Apple HealthKit. For further information on how HealthKit is used please follow this link: HealthKit Documentation. Data sharing/ access between the IOS and WatchOS app is accomplished using App Groups.
